★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service which i have faced in this vijaya medical centre... mainly in recieption they didnt even pickup the calls so I thought that they were busy and later i called infront of them but they're didn't pickup the call eventhough they're free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is very near to highway road.. and here the staff was very friendly and cooperative.. I never saw this type of good hospitalised staff in my career and one of best hospital in vizag for middle class family.. and charges medical bills are at low cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reputed medical laboratory for its Quality testing, hygienic and systematic process and reports and trustworthy. It is good ambience and administration and work process as per Norms. Good reputation in quality service, Testing and reporting. Rates are bit higher compared to other laboratories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Diagnostic center. This lone branch is enough to decline the brand image of Vijaya diagnostics. Worst behaviour of staff, no professionalism at all. No matter how much time you wait they give priority to their known once.
Another major difference is they don’t make the reports available online. One should go and collect them at the Center. Out of my 4 visits so far I received the link for 1st test results that too after 4 days of giving samples. In Hyd I used to get the reports link on the same day. I don’t know why this branch doesn’t believe in online reports and paper saving…!! I don’t understand why there is difference between Hyd and Vizag!!??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great and professional staff who does all the tests Genuinely and fastly. The cost are also very nominal as compared to the peers and the reports are also given quickly than the other diagnostic centres. I am fully satisfied with the services provided.
