The king's statue is surrrounded by the seats of his ministers. A good layout and Vikramaditya is nice and well maintained place. it is constructed in a huge area. and it is all about king Vikramaditya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a memorial and worship place devoted to Maharaja vikramaditya ( a very famous king of india ) famous for his decision taking ability and fare practices . there are lot of famous stories you can find over net and one of the epic story series is Vikarm Baitaal story. You can find a big bronze color sculpture of maharaja vikramaditya over there and small sculpture of her 32 maharanis ( another famous story is simhasan battisi ) . if you are history lover a must place to visit.

This place will impress you by the might, courage, kindness and gratitude of The Great King Vikramaditya who was once ruler of Avantika, there are 32 stories known as "Simhasan Battissi" which tells about the questions asked to Raja Bhoj when he tried to sit on throne of Vikramaditya, which tells us about the character and valor of him. This place also has statues of "Nav-Ratnas" or "9 Jewels" who were masters in their specific domain and were ministers in the court of Vikramaditya, I must say before visiting this place I knew a very little about how great, courageous and kind king he was..
