I had paid a booking advance of 20 Lac. They insisted on this payment to provide copies of land documents.
Extensive legal vetting showed that there were defects that could cause serious problems.
I informed them within the month to cancel booking and return my money.
That was one year back.
Read the declaration of the company that I have attached here, when I wanted to progress the MD, Girish Purvankara, personally for refund.
They state that they have no money - as per officially issued letter from LGCL Urban Homes India LLP to me.
The dud post-dated cheques issued cannot even be submitted to his Bank as they have been given stop payment instructions in advance.
So no project and no money, only a piece of paper for Rs20Lac. All reviewers are his staff , possibly!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience with LGCL. I booked a flat in July 2017 with LGCL Luxuriate and LGCL executive said that the project will be delivered by end of 2018.
Now they are saying that the project will be delivered in 2020 and that is a deadline given to them by Rera so they can't go beyong that. Do they think they can make people fool by giving assurance that they are under Rera pressure so they will HAVE to deliver it by 2020? At first place only they can't stick to their commitment. I am not sure what else they would deviate from if they can't even stick to their first commitment. I really regret engaging with this builder. Please be-aware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I work as a software professional in an MNC in Bangalore, and I wanted to buy a luxury apartment in Bangalore and looking for trusted builders. Some of my friends recommended LCGL properties for their sense of aesthetics and the value they have created over a period of time for the property investors.
The property price was a great fit for my budget and the final product came flawless. There was a dealy in terms of project possession but the value from the date I bought vs the value today, im glad that I made a bet right with LGCL.
The Projects team were friendly and helped us have right kind of information about the project throughout from the booking of the apartment to the possession date. Ill recommend any future home apartment buyers to speak to the LGCL executives directly about any project related questions. With our experience, they have been always a helping hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LGCL !!! phew!!! am one of those owners who had to go thru the turmoil... waited for over 4 years (after the committed period) for Stonescape project to complete. After that much of delay, I got only my individual unit. Similarly less than half the total number of villas have been handed out to owners... the other half or more villas are in shambles, club house and other amenities is a distant dream!!! one wonders where did all the money go .... all those crores of collections seem to have gone missing!!! so any buyer who is looking for any new project of LGCL, feel free to talk to me for a candid input .. which may save you millions of INR besides the torture one must go thru dealing with the builder/developer!!!
