★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion Dr. Manomani is experienced and aged but very immature behaviour and get angry on patients very easily.. We visited couple of times and changed the hospital because of her attitude.. Please do take action against her for this kind of rude and immature behavior towards the patients

doctor after proper x-ray and diagnosis suggested surgical removal of my wisdom tooth
which was the problem causing the tooth. The staff took proper care throughout the procedure
and medications there-after was given by the doctors.

the step itself which gave us an assurance of the care given to every pregnant woman here.
Complete check-ups and delivery was taken care of by the doctor. Very happy by the
treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to meet a specialist doctor and was told I was patient 2 and to wait . 60 mins later when I check got to know from nurse,that he came saw one patient and left. When I complained to receptionist and nurse they blamed me for not checking earlier and " just sitting there". Worst experience and giving Christian institutions a bad name with such poor service.
Dear Vimalalaya management,
Do yourself a big favour and please fire these clowns or at least charge for training them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was admitted here with sever stomach infection. Starting from the receptionist Bhagya, my overall experience here is always good. Particularly with Doctors. I was treated by Dr. Dharani Kumar, General Medicine, He approriately diagnosed my issue in a very scientific manner. He will not write un-necessary medicines. I even consulted him as out-patient previously and shockingly the medicines cost(as they do not prescribe unnecessary brands or medicines like antibiotic) or consultation charges are never like other clinics or hospitals in Bangalore.
He appropriately reffered me to Gastro Surgeon DR. SHAIK JAVED HUSSIAN appropriately and now I am under his care as an outpatient.
I was admitted for 4 days, it was overall good experience. While they have to improve the communication skills in the pharmacy department, They also need to put some experience nurses in the Out-patient department. as the junior nurses there who are usually there for training cannot communicate appropriately with patients giving them appropriate guidance to their queries. Atleast for communication please consider a proper staff nurse during consultation hours.

Any pregnant women’s, please don’t go and consult her
She does not talk much with patients
She does not diagnose the patient issues properly
She is least bothered to listen to patient concerns
She does not advise patients properly
She will be in so hurry to send patients out of doctor room as she wants to finish remaining patients as quickly as possible.
She does not have patience at all.
Like this there are so many draw backs and I don’t know why Vimalalaya Hospital is still giving her job.
We had VERY VERY VERY BAD experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have visited this hospital on 18th sep 2021 @10.30 am for scan. Below are our pathetic Experiences.
1) worst service
2) unhygienic wash rooms (not even dust bin for used tissues)
3) sisters doesn’t even know the pre-work for scan (even the radiologist(dr. Girish) frustrated seeing sister’s work-attached sister pic)
Please do think at least twice before visiting vimalalaya hospital.
