He charged too much ,We were fine until we were hoping that atleast it will come out as we are hoping and he said that he will design it but what happened...he just ruined all money....

I ordered a velvet tuxedo and what I get after the wait of 20 days is completely a different tux with lot of scratches on the cloth. Looks like they used the low quality material. Actually they only care about money not the customer satisfaction.
Product Quality: 1 out of 10
Fitting: 1 out of 10
Customer Satisfaction: 0 out of 10
Initially I ignored the last reviews on the site and got crazy about the instagram pictures but trust me those reviews are real not the instagram pictures. So I request you all to think thrice and don't go for purchasing to this store at pitampura.
Response to your reply Vinay: I have added the screenshot of the messages for which I didn't receive any response. So please don't show your fake concern.
