We family members of 6 booked Ertiga almost one month before the trip.Our trip started from Varanasi and than ayodhya, prayagraj and ended in Chitrakoot.we were not able to sit properly as there was no carrier was fixed in car to keep our luggage due to which luggages were kept in seats which made as very uncomfortable, as the travel distance was more my parents had back pain as they were not able to sit properly. Which spoiled our entire mood. On day one when I requested Akash the owner to fix the carrier he was very Casual and told me that I am unable to find any in market.
Also driver dropped way before the parking area which made us walk more to reach the destination.
I would request you all not to book anything frm here as they are not at all professional.
It's ok to spend 3 -4k extra and book from reputed tours and travels.I just given a chance to him with an expectation of goods services which he failed to fulfill.
