★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 0(zero) rating to this one. As that option is not there , so just give 1 star. This is absolutely non sense to book this one for any occasion. The toilets are not at all clean and hygienic. Even some showers are in not working condition.Staffs are very rude in their behavior. The main care taker (Jhontu) is the ultimate and possibly does not remain in normal condition during working hours. Their air condition charge is too high. In normal package they provide 4 hrs AC. After that for every hour they charge Rs 5000/hrs. Even if you ask to extend AC hrs in one room where may be the bride will take make up , they will charge minimum Rs 2000 as it must be taken for 4 hrs. So they are just sucking money of us and on top of that services from staffs are horrible, particularly the care taker Jhontu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at a convenient location and easily accessible from Tollygunge metro station. The place is suitable for mariage/reception and other ceremonies. Lift facility is provided with AC banquet hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vinayak Palace is located in Baburam Ghosh Road next to the technicians studio. Very big property with all amenities for guests provided.
Lift is also available.
The adjacent road is very busy. Parking is available but outside this property. They do not have any specific inside parking place. Also it is provided on a FCFS basis.
Spacious halls in both Ground, First and Second floor which can accommodate more than 300 people at a time.
Recently had been to this place. Very nice experience. Staffs are communicative but a few are very moody.
