★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ideally located hall for social functions. Very near to Mahanayak Uttam Kumar metro station on a broad road. The building is just behind the famous technicians studio. It has a mid sized lawn and covered dining area in the ground floor. First floor hall and rooms are also medium in size. But the stairs to the upper floors are quite narrow.
