★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't pay your advance and fool your self. they will not pick up your calls after taking advance. be careful... really i lost my 10k with these people.
these are the issue with apartment..... they don't have all these documents. ask these questions before paying advance money
1. Information under RTI as to whether land in Sy No.6 of Uttarahalli Village has been notified by land acquisition?
2. Whether Will dated 14-08-1952 has been probated?
3. Provide order of conversion converting the land in Sy No.6 of Uttarahalli Village.
4. Layout plan approved by competent authority (Plan provided to us is an unapproved one).
5. There is no document to show that house bearing Kaneshumari No.272 (H No.71, 72, 73 and 75 are carved out of Sy No.6 of Uttarahalli Village).
6. How Tulasamma and Others acquired Absolute Ownership to execute Sale Deed dated 12-05-1993, 17-06-1999, 13-08-1999 (the Late. Chikkavallappa had two sons and bequeathed the lands to them)?
7. Provide RERA compliance documents.
8. Provide Commencement Certificate and Completion Certificate.
