★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I own an Apartment in Chartered Madhura. The build quality and materials used are of top notch quality. Apartment has all the amenities like swimming pool, gym, party hall, children play area etc... The biggest advantage is a close knit owners association which feels like a family.
I can conclude that its one of the safest, secured and the best Apartment to stay in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) A dingy and cramped apartment complex with children play area in the middle, so forget taking a nap between 4 PM - 8PM (Kids scream uncontrollably like there's no tomorrow).
2) Inconvenience in moving in and out, even though they charge you 2000 for it. Too many restrictions. Can't use passenger lift for moving(There is no service lift too).
The only route left is getting your stuff from the gate to the basement, then through the stairs to your place.
3)Very money minded, will try to fetch money by showing you a random old scratch, and will rudely demand money.
4) Old and unmaintained gym equipments(even the treadmills), which is a clear hazard, so if you want to work out, I suggest you to join a local gym.
These 4 points are just a gist of the nightmare that Chartered Madhura is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent community of 130 well designed 4 Floor apartments spread in 2 acre with a big swimming pool, gym, party hall, club house, library and play area. A nationalist community celebrate independence day, Karnataka rajostava, republic day, ganesh festival, holi etc in unity. Apartment annual day is a one month celebration with sports, arts, dance, music and culture.
The apartment is 300 meters away from uttarahalli main road, away noise and pollution. It has all banks, 7 super markets like Star market, Royal Mart, Reliance Smart, Reliance Digital, Vishal etc with in 500 meters.
Well connected to Nice road, Mysore Road and City Railway station within 10 km. A place to live in namma Bangalore city.
