★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No amenities other than walking track, mini basket ball court, tennis court, gym in which no equipments are working or they are broken, I almost broke my back while working out on bench press. No children play area, children play cricket in the corridor itself. Security staff are very rude to tenants as we cannot even take small things like kitchen utensils, clothes, etc to the basement while packing. Even some owners are rude. And, for bike parking no provision is given anyone can park their bike anywhere coz we had an argument with an owner but he spoke so cheaply when I spoke in a calm tone and a nice way I got all bad words in return from the owner. No culture, no class, no standards. A very hopeless place to stay. And, the stp water gets purified, cleaned and gets sent to the flushing system of the toilet. Some owners act like they live in independent house. We have stayed in so many apartments as tenants and we had very good owners and tenants they were so friendly with us, this is only one we had bad experience with some owners and some security staff. And, there is no lake it is a sewage treatment waste outlet which goes into the lake from all apartments and houses nearby, gets purified and goes to our houses into the stp system of our houses. That's why people who are tenants are vacating the house in 2 to 3 months after shifting here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and peaceful apartments. Terrace is the best part of this. You will get an incredible look of city on one side and a lake on the other, specially at the night time with the cool breeze this palce is damn good.
Amenity wise its same as other apartments nothing fancy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This apartment complex is well planned and construcrion quality is great. Also lot of space and ventilation maintained. A and C blocks have good views of uttarahalli lake from balcony. The only minus is ammenities are less!
