★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Houses are big. Has 2 and 3 bhk apartments. But all flats won't get good sunlight. One major disadvantage here is that big vehicles carrying luggage cannot come inside due to the cellar height.

I was interested more towards spacious and elegant home...so the rating goes 5*... amenities : To be honest not that great but manageable... ventilation, build quality, utility spaces, corridor ..makes it more beautiful....Compare to other builders, elegant builders ( Rajesh) much better and responsive/responsible ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not all flats are good. Only corner flats seems to be calm and independent. Flats in the middle create echo if any noise in house like TV sound, audio sound etc. There is no safety for upper floors towards the common area railing view. Children's should be taken care always. Though its spacious and lighting is good, the cost is not worth for the given amminities. My cousin house in RR nagar is of same feel but with extra amminities, and the cost is also same. If searched properly could find similar flats with better amminities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location of the apartment is its biggest strength and at the same time, it's biggest weekness. Apartment is accompanied by under construction prestige apartment and also foul smelling dumping ground. Apartment is built spaciously, but the immediate locality is hardly commercialised. There is no grocery store in its niche. To find a viable grocery store one needs to travel to uttarahalli. Certain parts of the house in the apartment has poor ventilation ( dark ). I found the apartment decent from inside but remote from outside.
