★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vineet's Sarees always has a wonderful collection but what makes them stand out is after sales service.
I had bought a saree from them and gave it for pico. The sales person did mention that collect it on Sat/Sun as we are closed on Monday. I totally forgot to collect the saree on both the days and went to the shop on a Monday. when I called, the phone was not answerable to my surprise I found them on FB and dropped a msg for assistance on there messenger . I instantly got a reply from them. I needed the saree as to the following day I was going to travel and wanted to gift the saree .
Being a Monday they opened the store just for this saree.
I am truly delighted for their kind gesture. I am sorry they had to go through a pain of opening the store just for this but I am very very thankful to him for saving me a huge embarrassment.
