β β β β β Rude and arrogant staff. Argues with customers and call them a thief. No one attends to you when you walk in but they make sure to insult you if you do not buy after browsing. Zero politeness.
You certainly can not get any service here. For any claim they would say not covered under warranty while same gets addressed at other store.
Would never recommend anyone to go to this particular store. Hope VIP and Carlton take such feedbacks seriously before Samsonite steals away the market with much superior staff amd service.

β β β β β We bought skybag that we were told were only available at VIP stores, hence no variation in price. Later i found those bags were being sold online 40% less expensive.
Don't believe what the store tells you.
Frankly, hardly 2-3 bags are good in the while store.
