★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, My baby was hospitalized for 3 days in this hospital. If you think of ideal clinic for Children in Gajuwaka, this could be a better option. Ambience of hospital is too good. You will definitely experience good feeling in this clinic. This hospital distinguishes from rest of all clinics.
Dr.Kishore Raju is nice person. Treatment is good here. I can strongly recommend this doctor for kids / infants. Doctor’s rich taste and planning can be observed in this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is very friendly and prescribes only high dosage medicines when needed. Till date for any health related issues for my kid, one stop hospital is visakha child care centre. Doctor is really awesome , so I strongly recommend this hospital at least for few basic health related issues for your kid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the rude staff...we know that checking weight of the baby for medication dosage is necessary..but its not necessary before the doctor's checkup , when we came running to the hospital with our crying baby ..we want to see the doctor first after the doctor's examination...and everything was ok with the baby..now you can measure the parameters needed..we have no issues after we are assured by the doctor that the baby just need some medication and everything is fine with the baby..
And later when we're measuring the baby's weight after doctors checkup, the staff was laughing at us like we told you before..i felt bad but didn't responded because i was happy that my baby was ok...and one of the staff just took op sheet ( literally pulled in very harsh way)from hand in a very rude manner to note the weight.And to the staff talking about the rules
Measuring just the weight and temperature ,you have to measure head circumference, height and maintain growth chart too .As i visits to the hospital every month for by baby vaccination
..they haven't maintained any growth chart .
Staff in childrens hospital as to be very pleasant ,as they have to deal with sick babies and anxious parents..but here they are very unpleasant and rude.i am not just saying this based on one incident..i observed them a couple of times behaving and replying rudely..

All the staff members are behaving like unprofessional and I can say the nurses and lab guy are really worst and not at all friendly to the children and parents, they are taking blood samples without allowing parents inside which is really a worst thing I have seen in this hospital. Hospital environment is not at all friendly to the children, no toys nothing.
I never recommend this hospital to any child and your loved one's, even the treatment for my child is not good and went to another hospital next day , I never think of this hospital again.
Note to the management: Please take care of the staff behavior otherwise hospital reputation will spoil in no time.
