Yesterday I went for shopping in Vishal mega mart Kasganj, and bought things for Rs. 4130/- the lady took 5000/- Rupees from us and returned only 370/- and told that she got only Rs.4500/- than we approached to store manager Mr. Rohit, he was quiet helpful after closing the account he gave back our balance money. And today I again went to asked for gift coupons for Rs.300/- which I haven’t received until now, it’s more than 24hrs. As it was the lunch time for Mr. Rohit, the other staff is completely confused and so Irresponsive hi responsive behaviour towards their customers. Passing wrong info about free coupon when they are not able to delivered. Very much disappointing experience first time with Vishal mega mart I have ever faced. I have been shopping from Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata and Agra but never had issue. That’s by I felt that I have to write about this. Wish to get coupons before they expired.

And the result is..... yes??
So I I am so happy with tht????
May be If I visit there any time ....the stars will go above upto 5 stars ✋????.....or if the experience is worst thn I will may be come down to 1 star ???....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so great cooling system,a inexperienced support staff but I know they will get better although I doubt about cooling system.but it's a great one stop shop from budget average clothing to daily needs .
