★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vishal mega Mart provide a good option , variety,Range, offers to own customers .In gaya town so many people are waiting for this afer the opening of Big bazaar in gaya Vishal provide own branding product at chip price with good or average Quality . Bt here is a problem billing counter is only available on the ground floor and the sell's girl and boys are not active properly like Ranchi ,Delhi .
One time I was given a grocery list to sell's boy and he not agree to help me to collect items he said I'm busy right now and he said pick by own self . I'm not satisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff and manager, they didn't respect others time. They prefer their friends and family on billing counter. if you standing in queue and waiting for billing and if friends of manager arrives they will simply put your things aside and bill there friend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I have been to this place a few times, I have purchased few toys, a foam mat and an organiser. It seems this store keeps very low prices for most of the products, it would look like steal-a-deal. After you go home, you will find it sells products of the poor quality which you can easily get on the streets. The store just make it simple for you to buy steet quality products under one roof.
The store is well organised and we'll staffed, toilets are okay, lights are okay, didn't understand the concept of security guard at the store front.

some problems for public regarding store privacy because in public store agent not working properly
*parking management is very good
*billing staff is work properly
*bill checker is working properly
*product management is very good
*chasma triyal is bad because cost tags in middle. solve problem using new technology
*management of products is very good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally, after waiting for many days, Vishal Mega Mart has arrived in Gaya city.
At present Vishal Mega Mart is the only product available in Gaya city which is a little cheaper,
but there is still a lack of management, the variety of grocery items is also not that much..
Slight features need to be improved, everything else is fine...??
