Since 1 year, I was having Panic Attack and anxiety. I visited so many physician doctors, but it never worked. Then, someone suggest me to visit this centre, within a week I started feeling well. I was really amazed with the +ve result. Thanks to "Mindful" from bottom of my heart ♥♥♥

remember one thing, your mental health is as important as your physical health , if you are having any mental health issues, don't think twice before visiting her.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm 22 years old .I'm have anxity (palpitations,headache, redness in hands) due to study or careear problems and others .. I consult a physician they prescribe medicine I took it for almost 2 years it help a little but I am not happy with that Slowly my anxity convert in to depression. I fell alone, hopeless, worthless. I'm not happy with my life . So I take a Counselling here and started taking therapy. After taking 5 to 6 sessions I feel good and happy I want to continue my sessions .
So if someone facing the same I will recomende you to consult here it will help you a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am giving my review based on my experience after taking therapy from here. So, I had been suffering from depression. I came here and started taking therapy. In the beginning, I had no hope of recovery but after taking seven to eight sessions of therapy. I started feeling comfortable. I just want to thank Sweta mam for showing me the ways to come out of this vicious cycle of depression. She is very kind, non-judgmental, tries to understand the problems of the patient, and gives innovative ideas to tackle the problems.
