★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't think to book your ticket in Vishal, their bus takes more than 12 hours from Rajkot to Surat, they spend 1-2 hours in between your journey just for the parcel loading and unloading. Also, they are not maintaining Covid safety and the conductor pick local people just for his advantage.

Late timing
Staff too rudely behaviours and stop bus in between journey for passengers and bus like luggage bus in Baroda stop more then half hour for luggage and when we ask too rude behaviour they understand passengers like luggage
Very worst experience till my journey not to suggest any one travels on this
