One of the old and holy temple in Kalyan. Clean place. Being in market place, the locality is crowded. No parking place. However for peace of mind, anyone will feel to visit again and again.

It is beautiful & a serene place in the middle of Kalyan City. The statue of the presiding deity, Shri 'Shrinathji Bhagwan' who is the reincarnation of 'Jaganath Vishnu' is said to have appeared in the dreams of Pujniya Late Mataji and was excavated from earth as it is hence the statue is referred to as 'Swayambhu' (Self manifested). This temple shrine is frequented by the Bhatia Community who are 'Vaishnavas' & believe Lord 'Shrinathji' to be their 'Kuldevta'. The Shiva temple right in front of the main sanctum adds an unparalleled devine aura to the place & reminds a devotee of Shri 'Rameshwaram Dham' where both Lord Vishnu in 'Ram aavtar' & Lord Shankar Mahadev are revered.
