★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by post office. They feel like we are their servant and ask us to collect letter from their office that to in working days, like we don't have work or office. This kind of behaviour and service is not excepted from Indian post.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the computers are old age and mostly not working . network is always under trouble. staff is really good but always struggling due to poor infrastructure and heavy workload.manual working is double work beside computer key in dont understand why this double work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally visited PO for collecting my parcel which is still yet to be delivered since last 3 months. On my ask, the employee said the Post master is not available as he as gone to his native place and every time I get the same answer I keep on visit PO thinking I will get my parcel, But the staff is very lazy and non responsive, they aren't aware of anything and keep on asking us to visit Postoffice and then send me back home by saying Post master has the parcel and he is out of town. I am fed up of visiting PO often when the condition out is soo tight. My pincode 421202.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst post office I have seen in my life. Staff working very slow as if the postoffice is their own property. Today 7.12.2020 I had to post a packet by speed post. Stood in the que for 1 hour. When my turn came, I handed over the covers to the lady in the counter. She asked me what is in the cover, I said seeds. She said we are not accepting seeds as it will spoil other packets. I requested to take again, she said the envelope should be cello taped. First time I am hearing any post office asking for cello taping. I asked for the cello tape, she said outside it is available. Outside where I search for cello tape, then I left and send my packets through courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All Individual customers are faced delay in Services at Vishnu Nagar Post Offices, due to all agents blocking the numbers.
The agents pay Rs 50 or Rs 75 to local people and book their numbers outside the postoffice premises (building) gate from morning 5-6AM.
This activity is going on since long years only at Vishnu Nagar post office. I would request any of top government or vigilence officer to personally verify. All the agents will be seen regularly in queue.
Instead of giving positive information by officials on registered complaints is not satisfactory. Like other postoffices (Mumbai) must improve the services at Vishnu Nagar post office, review by public itself indicate quality.
Staffs of post offices are also aware but no one take any action or shows interest, as they are received customers from agents.
We must improve from public review and grievances registered on postoffices as complaint.
Kindly take initiative to improve the services to ordinary public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class experience, third class staff. I visited on Saturday at 11:45 and i was told that their internet is down and is not working from half an hour and infact it was 4th day in a row that their internet ws dropped. I was like what nonsense is it...
You are a govt office serving people having people's money with you and customers cannot get them, just because their internet was down. Staff not trained properly, no interest at all in working their. They just wait for the clock to end their time and dot on closure time the board comes up "Counter closed".
Do not invest in any post office scheme, rather invest in a bank and save yourselves from this post office hassle.

Staff was very supportive. After working hrs also they wait for me and given my urgent courier.
All the postman was also very helpful. And the head of post office madam was their, She help me so much .
