★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i am extremely satisfaction with the service of vision express mahagun mall, they guys are very helpful and talk very politely. i had made an spectacle from mahagun mall vision express for my wife but when that was ready , i didn't time to collect my spectacle from vision express mahagun mall there staff has delivered my spectacle in my home on urgent basis.
And their lenses quality is very good, on lenses fogg marking also remain as like other brands. First time I had made from vision express brand. my experience was very good.

The people here are very unprofessional and unethical.. they sell you shit product and wont even entertain any requests after selling the product. Utter disgusting place. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Dont trust this brand and shop.I had purchased lens pair of Vision Express built about 30 lens pack daily disposable in the month of December 2017 on their staff recommendation. Everytime i wear those lens i have some kind of infection and irritation in my eyes. I even informed them twice for the same problem but was given no solution at all mentioning that theyll get back to me after days. Its been a month since my 2nd complaint but there is no call back till date which is highly irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour. So would not recommend this at all now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 2 frames with lenses from vision express. Less than six months, one of frame colour start stripping and second one in less than a year. I am not at all satisfied with quality of product compared to price I paid for. I would not purchase from and recommend product from VISION EXPRESS.
