★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been practicing yoga in Vishmaya yoga center from 5 years..I personally experienced a lot of differences before yoga and after yoga..I have 82 kgs weight before joining yoga after joining yoga reduced 20kgs and now my body fully flexible and my age is 51 years still I am doing yoga very comfortable and no any health issues.
My trainer is Muralidhar Raj. He is very friendly and best trainer. I am really happy do yoga in this yoga center.

I like it personally I feel a lot of difference physically and mentally before Yoga and after doing yoga now I am very happy. I have been doing Yoga at Vismaya Yoga Center since 2018. I recommend to join to this yoga center for all age groups ladies and gents.
I have been trained in Teacher Training Course of 100 hours at Vismaya Yoga center. Now I am a certified yoga instructor and got the certificate in December 2020. It is a great place to learn Yoga and Teacher Training Course as well.
