Worst company ever to work with.
Starting from the Day 1 there is no ethics, no policies and no respective towards the employee.
As per the reviews from many it is a real fact that this company is "FRAUD".
HR in that company, also doesn't have any dignity and respect to give to there employee.
Please check your complete reviews on google before hiring the people.
Will never ever recommend this worst company to anyone looking out for a job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD very unprofessional behavior amongst the employees , Raichura's have eaten up my 1 month salary . At the time off salary they come and tell it is a call from client you are terminated without any explanation. Vijoy from Reliance Jiomart is also one of fraud people. When we ask about salary the authorized person tells don't message again and again . They think by donating to needy people in old-age home or doing charity is a great thing but it's just show-off . If they can't keep their employee happy or satisfied what is the use of charity. May be that is the reason they have been cursed by many such employees like me and now sitting at home with broken leg. HR policies fluctuate and also salary is give at month ending but they commit to pay between 1st-10th . Think and join
I hope there would be option for negative marking

1. Professional and decent office atmosphere.
2.Hygeinic place to work.
3. Management is good in regards to support and for growing up for next levels.
4.HR policies are easy and easy to understand and follow.
5.Friendly directors and owners with a postive smile on face.
6. If anyone wants to grow for next level must join Vivaconnect there are many opportunities and your talents and skills are judged properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company they hire us during lockdown first they inform me I clear de accessment test then next day they said I fail . Training is unpaid . First they have said other option for process will be given but they have not fulfilled . Trainer shout like anything . Passality is done during test worst company with worst management. No proper systems are available
