★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Talking from my experience, fitness equipment companies would do everything to sell you equipment, however, the moment equipment is installed at your gym, their attitude changes and thus starts the endless cycle of calling them over and over to get machines fixed in event of a breakdown.
This is exactly where Viva outshines its opponents. Viva fitness is unlike every other fitness equipment company, they are a group of professional people who go out of their way to help you out. The average turnaround time is very acceptable and the quality of machines is world class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just few words are enough to describe these people at viva fitness- "Frauds running a so called fitness equipment brand."
The guy known as sidhant/sidharth was the one to negotiate for the home gym station i purchased back in august. Recieved the order a day late due to some issue on their behalf, then after being promised for the installation to be done very next day. The so called engineer visited after 2 days of me struggling and continously calling. And when this guy known as "rahul arora" arrived he looked pretty hopeless/confused because 8-10 parts of the machine were missing hence he wasn't able to figure out how to complete the installation.
Then after 3-4 days he came back with the parts and again found out still few parts were missing.
Then on 3rd visit on 1st September with his senior known as "arvind" came and finally started the installation where they were again able to find out that few major nuts n bolts were missing. So they went to the nearby market and most probably purchased them and finally installed the machine.
While negotiating sidhant had send me a document in which it was clearly mentioned that the machine has a 200lb weight stack. Whereas it was only 150lbs.
For the missing weight stacks i waa told that will take a month or so to which its been more than 6-7 months.
Find someone else, don't get into viva fitness.
You will surely find a better alternative.
Very poor service and only thing they can deliver on time is fake claims and assurance.
