★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales person Mr. Jaswant Rajpurohit was very good. He was knowledgeable and showed us all possible varities of our requirement. Also while finalizing the price he was very cooperative. The service of the shop is also good. Delivered the product exact on the fixed date and time. Overall a great shop with lots of furniture varities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional people. They will urge you to pay full money in advance and deliver low quality items that too damaged. Very poor service, took us more than 20 follow ups and 1 month to fix up alignment issue, no magnets provided in a 25k wardrobe. Quality is poor too for the price they charge. Do not pay full advance money when you buy, Pay after they deliver and negotiate hard as their product is worth not more than 50% of what they quote.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If business is based on trust, then this shop is quite opposite to that. While booking, I asked the salesperson, Mr. Vikram to tell me the date of delivery as I had some plans to be made accordingly. To which he assured me that the furniture that is a sofa set will be delivered within 8-10 days. To which I said okay! Then after 10days i went to the shop to check my sofa. Then i was told that it will take another 2-3 days. Again i said okay. After 3 days i went back to the shop again. Again Vikram told me that due to some problem i will take another 3 days. To which i told him that you give me a date. I doesn't matter how many more days but please be sure and stand to what you say. Then he said okay within 4 days you will get the furniture. Now the best part, before delivering the product they do show you the sofa by taking you to the godown, which was hardly few meters away. Over there they show you your product which is still under work. Vikram told me that this will be polished and delivered to you tomorrow. Lesson learnt: So when they show you the product make sure they show you the product in ready condition and no work in progress product. Now the product gets delivered to me. When I see the product once it comes to my home, i see damages on the sofa. I call up Vikram again and tells him about the cheap quality of the sofa set. Btw, i had exchanged my sofa for this new sofa. My old sofa still looked in better condition than this new one which was delivered to me double the price by these guys. The older furniture was ordered by Pepperfry. So coming back to my conversation with Vikram, he started giving me reasons. Also blaming my flooring for the uneven sofa that they delivered to me. After a bit of talk he assured me that he will send a guy from his shop who will fix my issues. He said that guy will come by tuesday (again "3-4 din me aa jayega" assurance). I'm still waiting for that guy to come and fix my sofa.
Bottom line being, no matter how much we talk about being Atmanirbhar and all. I feel these local shopkeepers need to learn the basics of business first. That is trust and their assurance when they deliver the product. If not, don't blame big business guys for your short comings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 2 beds and a sofa. None of the item has a proper finishing.
Sofa's cushions are so weird in shape (was supposed to be box cushion) and also the fabric is not aligned properly. Sheer waste of money.
The diwan set we ordered, is not of proper dimensions. The mattresses are unequal in size.
And on top of it, when we tried to reach the sales executive, Dhaval he did not take our calls and its so inconvenient to visit the store everytime just because these people don't take the calls
Pathetic service, will never recommend anyone to purchase from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got very nice 3d design and customized furniture according to that design as per my need. The bedroom set delivered to me is very nice and of superior quality. Very co-operative and helpful staff.
Also the architect work was very helpful so that the design of our bedroom was very much clear to us.
Please visit once and get your home customized according to your need.

Don't purchase furniture from this shop they sell very bad product. I live in vasant vihar area. The owner of this shop is very arrogant and very rude He treats customer very badly.
