★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and luxurious party plot, but there are problems like not proper sign boards and road is also not in a good condition. Apart from these it is good place for function like marriage. For those who don't have vehicles, it is costly because Rikshaw is not available from the place and you have to hire same on Return basis(double fare).
