★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my worst experience with a doctor. Dr Chethana was very rude and unprofessional. She has a bit of a temper for absolutely no reason at all.
She was very arrogant and disrespectful towards me.
Improve on your basic doctor skills Ms Chethana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this clinic yesterday for iud removal...new iud costs 2500 RS and she charges 2000 RS for just to remove iud ...i felt she is money minded and not worrying about patients.. she is too costly and bit rude in talking to patients and she made sure to sit 7 to 8 feet distance with patients ...I am not at all recommending this clinic especially for middle class people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chethana is generally rude and curt. Made us feel like we were sort of the reason for our health issues and she was made to find a solution to the problem we created in our bodies. God forbid if all doctors behave and think on those lines. While we look for assurances of better health and care from our doctors, she is all about blaming patients about their tendencies towards health. Gives a non-committal advise which sound borderline robotic and completely indifferent to the patient's suffering. It is like an IVR response. U take it or leave it, it is up to you. This is how it went:
1. Blamed us for using a medicine from an old prescription for the same problem.
2. Gave a different medicine, it did not work and after 3 days, prescribed another set of tablets.
3. Got better for 1 week and issue recurred and gave another change.
4. Gives a small slip for meds, u have to buy in the store immediately and bring back to Dr
5. The store charges full amount for the meds, unwilling to offer any discounts like Medplus or other regular medical stores.
6. Charges 500 for each and every consultation. That's in line with premium hospital businesses. For a small clinic in that neighborhood, that's a hefty amount of money.
7. Other procedure charges are also very high.
At least, she makes it very abundantly clear about the charges and quite upfront about them. Ensures we pay them via cash or UPI before we open the door to leave the room. I find it funny that she pays so much attention about the successful transfer of payment than the patient's well-being. Probably had bad experience with such in the past. Though it is insulting for us not being trustworthy enough to pay up for her service, I don't blame her for this aspect though.
Merits of her diagnosis is above our knowledge of medicine to question. However as a patient, we don't feel it is not going in right direction when even after 6 visits over 1.5 months, we are no better than before.
IMO, it becomes quite irrelevant how great she is at her work or not, as long as compassion is missing in her practice. Overall, our experience was not good. Individual discretion is advised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Chetana has been the go-to doctor for any gynaecological issues in my family. She has been treating my mother during her pregnancy and now me. She explains to the patient clearly in common man terms the issues and diagnosis. She guides you well through any treatment and is very supportive. I feel really comfortable consulting her for my gynaecological helath issues.
