★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best and safe hands in city for baby dreams. Dr Nirmala mdm is the best. Don’t worry about anything just follow what mdm suggests. She understands patient and their condition quite well, very open and honest and result oriented. She don’t give nonsense what we all love to hear, good and soothing words to your ear. She will prepare you mentally and physically for the future showing us true picture. Dr Varaha mdm is very supportive during entire process and Dr Ashwini is go to person when in need. Hospital staff are good and co operative.

I am Mrs Madhavi, age 39 and married for 9 years with no kids. Had been to the best doctors in Singapore and Hyderabad with no luck. By God’s grace one of my family member suggested me to Dr. NIRMALA, JP Nagar Bangalore and finally succeeded. Currently am 5 months pregnant, many many thanks to Dr. Nirmala for making this miracle happen in our lives. :)

I am really surprised by the services and follow-ups provided at the is hospital. We were suggested to visit the senior doctor at this facility by our doctor in Bombay. What happened post that is almost a nightmare. Senior doctor (Dr. Nirmala Rao) after consultation decided to do the procedure herself. On the day of procedure, to our surprise a junior doctor (Dr. Ashwini) comes and perform the procedure (and I am not talking about a minor procedure) Senior doctor didn’t even turn up once during the process or post that. Finally we had to leave. We were promised to get the culture reports in duration of 45 days. We planned our next visit with our doctor in Bombay (you have to take her appointment atleast 1-2 months in advance). After reaching Bombay we realise that one of the main report is missing that’s when the entire ordeal starts. Clinic blames it on the diagnostic lab and the diagnostic lab don’t have anyone to blame (since they are the ones hired by this clinic)
Let me also tell you, the clinic doesn’t have their own anaesthetic department and supporting facilities, we had to wait all of them to come for the procedure. My wife was made to travel all the different clinics to take approval for the procedure. They charge the same amount in which any other proper or multi-speciality hospital would have done this more professionally. We are left with no option but to undergo the painful procedure again just because the doctors and lab guys were too casual in the entire process. I have decided to go ahead with a legal action against Manipal Clinic Jayanagar and panel of doctors involved in it. Just wanted to share so that other guys think twice before even consulting this clinic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you would like to loose hope and money, go to this place one of the most unprofessional team. The staff are very rude. They do not provide you transperency in the reports. They do not give you detailed report also. They will tell all wrong information and when giving the report after multiple followups continuously will write the actual thing and give. They lie a lot. Never believe them. They are not trustworthy and ethical people. Pls don't go this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To all ladies , many of the reviews you might have gone through praising Dr. Nirmala and her magical hands. First thing she doesn't know how to talk to her patients, you won't be given a transparent report, they would be discussing within themselves putting us with no clue. MOST important part that I want to highlight is her scanning method. She is very rude and rough while scanning, it would pain you alot. It is waste of money and your health. And there is no cleanliness and hygiene in the washroom.
