★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor experience, they only cheating the customer here nothing else....I gave my phone for clean the speaker because due to dust the sound is too low but after all when I received the phone the speaker was damage. Then I was no choice other than replacing the speaker but spare parts also not available and they give me a suggestion to exchange the phone from here by paying the price which is too high( like a new phone cost). Unbelievable experience with Vivo service center, for a small speaker exchange your phone.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad i have warrenty in my phone then it has been taken money for broken glass i paid 5295. Full payment but it is not fair. And i am not satisfied with vivo customer care. Vivo has to take at least 50% money.
