All time No spare parts are available of this showroom, The staff are not so friendly, manager was very rud ,
Their focus only sale not service
Poor management but this showroom was main delar ? I socked, main dealer and no spairparts ???
But Suri and burdwan also have spare.

Lack of space for servicing . Lack of staff .
There is no part available at the time of servicing. The servicing staff returning the coustomers because of not availability of bikes parts. Washing facility is not good . Washing staff don't wash the bikes carefully . After washing the bike there still muds on bike. After all the price of the parts are high. At a time only two bikes can be serviced here. As a Suzuki Customer I am not satisfied at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicing area is very small, new service manager with less experience makes servicing time longer.. No washing because pump is always out of service.. However early u come, servicing starts only after 11am..
