★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent showroom. Strong parent company in Delhi . Low staff strength. Very poor response just to give a quote and clarify doubts. For 2 items I'm waiting for over a month now . Apparently one receptionist and one manager handle the whole business in bhubaneshwar. No senior person to talk to. Parent company in Delhi also is not able to give us a senior person contact in bhubaneshwar. Let's hope they respond to this review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero credibility on service. Have got a modular kitchen done through Vizous and the kitchen handles have damaged in 6 months. The handles were of poor quality with some coating which has come off (they didn't use stainless steel).
Upon compliant, they haven't initiated any action for last one month.
Don't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ took more that a two months to install a modular kitchen, the draws are also not softclose while it was discussed. Better spend a little bit more go for a brand like godrej
