★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The construction quality is very bad. Went to see a new flat and it already has damp walls and ceiling and the plaster coming off...even cracks in walls.

2) wifi not working
3) furniture quality is low and has a peculiar smell which also causes a burning sensation in the eyes
4) only a small soap provided . No other toiletries
5) refrigerator provided ( Flat no 303)
6) hot was geyser in bathroom not much effective in terms of providing hot water.. only can generate luke warm water.
7) consists of two single beds ( not very luxurious
8) FOOD provided for all three meals. Dont expect any restuarant types. ( Extremely basic plain rice/ dal / roti / and few gravies
9) caretaker provided for each 3 bhk flat. He stays in the hall. Sometimes its irritating to have his hall television running at high volumes when we are resting in the room at night
10) only good for a quick short stay

Over all its a very good property.
I don't know why 6-7 security guards sit all the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very pleasing. 7 floors constructed and delivered. 5 levels more getting constructed above while people residing below. 3 level underground parking lift. Location not that attractive either. Overly priced.

House layout..
Project planning all good but quality of work is not upto the mark..
One should think n take suggestions from existing owner before going for purchase..
Rest location n all is good..
