β β β β β Very very bad experience! I LOST MY GOLD CHAIN AT VLCC VAISHALI CENTRE JAIPUR on 26th July 2021, Monday! I have both before and after pictures of my makeup. It is clearly visible that the chain is not there in the second picture yet the centre claims that they are not responsible for personal belongings, the staff could not have taken it and I can do whatever I want. I repeatedly told them I took it off and kept it in my lap and it could not have just disappeared in thin air!! The makeup artist Meena (in the second picture) said it looked like a copper chain!!! Anyone can see it's a GOLD CHAIN!! Since I am not from the same city, I can only raise a public complaint which I am! DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! I SUFFERED A GREAT LOSS!

β β β β β My name is Nisha and i was a student of VLCC Lajpat nagar, i joined vlcc on 2018-jan-31 and my course was professional makeup artist, my course fee that time was 70k, i spoke with Miss Mamta nad Amrita, they provide me discount on that time and i submitted discount fee which was 63000. I paid my total fee by cheque. That time they told me to pay only 63000 full and final payment which was discounted price for the course.
So it's been two years and I have not received my certificate yet. and when i called them they said you have to make extra payment which was pending, i visited lajpat nagar branch and again they said you have made payment of Rs. 7000 which was pending.
I am not working. I have no money and Miss Mamta and Narmata told me at that time that your discount course fee is 63k which I gave them.
Now i want my certificate as soon as possible. It's your staff miscommunication issue they lied to childrens just for admission so that they can complete their sales targets.
So I am requesting you to give me my certificate ASAP.

β β β β β money eaters, entire system is just corrupt. take best of your services and don't pay, when u follow up they make excellent excuses like concern person has changed, not on seat, not well and no funds. so its all advisable that you stay away if you really dont wish to get harassed.

β β β β β This is the corporate office of VLCC spread across 3 floors. for both wellness centres and VLCC products.
The entire senior management is based out of this office.Including the Owners of the Company Mrs Vandana Luthra & Mr Mukesh Luthra.
The VLCC products can be seen across the meeting rooms, reception and washroom and even at the work stations.

β β β β β The worst Institute I saw was the VLCC, which takes people's money under countless excuses and promises. but a week after the beginning of the period, everything disappears and no one hears your voice. And they do things only for their own benefit, it does not matter to them whether their student comes to the course or not, their goal is to get money.
The first day I entered the course for registration , I asked them if they had time in the morning I could register If they didnβt I could not register because I have a job and I canβt come at other times. Then they told me that they have 9 to 10 batch and I registered and pay 1,28,000 for cosmetology and after 2 months their time changed from 8-10 to 10:30-11:30 in the morning. I told them and requested them that I couldnβt come at this time. I paid you for 8 in the morning but you gave me they said that when you canβt come at this time is your own problem, We no longer have class at 8 o'clock in the morning , you can come one day a week like Saturday and learn everything.
During this period I pay 15000 also because they said me that your cosmetology and hair course is not advance itβs diploma and you have to pay more for advance when i ask them for online payment they told me to pay cash and when I pay cash after one month anther staff called me and said that you pay just 10,000 when your paying the rest of amount i said that i pay 15,000 she said no i just received from my staff 10,000 so please make the rest of amount .
I handed over 1,43,000 Rs in cash, but i couldnβt use , and no one hair my voice they donβt have a responsble persone that we can contact with him/her for solving our problem.
And they have other problems too they charge separately for the courses even you had paid for all the courses, you still have to pay for their courses separately to be included.
