★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was supposed to be your regular customer but I had no idea that your services have degraded completely. Most horrible experience I have had from a known company like yours. I want to return an order and therefore was trying to contact your customer service department since 2 days both through phone and email, however I have received zero response. After spending hours on phone and hearing that stupid music of yours and actually spending my entire balance, I have realized that you are now the WORST Online site for buying any stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ease to shop on line, product availability and discounts are good though adding filters like their other site Myntra would make it great! Could give higher ratings if they resolve 2 issues in my opinion.....1) price shown on website does not include charges and taxes so we end up paying
more than what we see..(many business have started to display total cost of products of late except the hotel industry which still states tariff excluding taxes!!)....2) delivery speed....within India definitely room for improvement

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service ever.. it was my brothers birthday and i ordered 3 t shirts and a pair of shoes but didn't got any .. now my money is struck with the bank n all and i cant even get my order, also the customer care service is too fabulous they kept telling me to call later because their system is not working ... believe me guys i am totally disappointed with this and also with online shopping
