★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just opened a money making business they ask customers to get their money stuck with memberships then they stop prioritising customers and stop caring about them because they know that customers money is stuck with them, whenever they do any services they use very less products and after hair treatment hair is left very dry and looks as if it hasn't even been washed, they politely try to get customers stuck into their salon and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, firstly plz don’t take the memberships offered by them as they will never give u an appointment as per the convenience. Then, the card will say all services ranging from 500 to 7,500 will be included. However global highlights are premier services and they will say that can be offered if you take membership of 50,000. Then, the manager of course there, Mansi is very rude and won’t pick up your phones. And when u go there will apologize in the sweetest tone saying call is missed. Look at the audacity, she never even calls back if she misses your call. If you will express your dissatisfaction, she will say ur mood off and she will herself walk off and say I dontt have slots and give her own sweet available time without considering if as a client we have trouble. Beware and better to take services when required. Don’t take memberships

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is well made and the owners are great but that's where it ends the people who work their can't understand your needs if you ask them them to put more pressure or less pressure during the massage it's of no use they will do what they know. The maintenance is negligible the shower is completely rusted they have stored housekeeping chemicals and garbage in shower lockers which is disgusting. I have given 3 stars simply because of the owners who are really nice people apart from that it's a complete disaster.
