Worst place to visit...9 out of 10 time their service or server are down. Their customer care executives are rude...their cash counter executive work as slow as he or she can? They give tokens to customers but attend who ever they want to...they are supposed to do 1st recharge from gallery after activation within 24 hrs...but they will take their own sweet time to recharge and your phone can not receive or make calls...so you are at their mercy...if you call customer care they will give you next level head ache...and will keep you on hold for at least 10 minutes...and then tell you that they can not do anything and you need to visit gallery only...so this cycle will keep on going as never ending circle...I am really frustrated with Vodafone Idea Services and will be moving soon to some other network...

Worst service. Very slow working staff. I was charged for the first/initial recharge for postpaid but the plan wasn't made active even after 4 days of simAsim activation. A lot of inconvenience caused. The gallery has a big queue outside all the time. Very inefficient people here.

I have been a Vodafone Customer for more than 8 years and I am very upset with the poor customer service provided to my father by Mr Kabir. I wanted to change my sim card from post paid to prepaid and Mr Kabir wasn't co-operating with me as he was not ready to switch to prepaid after repeated request. Mr Kabir also lack knowledge in checking documents. He didn't know where the address and passport no. is in a passport. I am very upset with the service provided today and request Vodafone to take action on it

Had a senseless & frustrating experience ! Customers are standing a long wait as there are not enough seats avail to be seated and on the other side empty chairs are on non operating counters, out of a to k counters only e,f,h counters are on operation . Worst experience , No Managers on floor, no higher authorities ,Dated 29/5/2019 Never ever visit this oulet .
