★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor intermittant service. I was not told how to recharge. I will usually pay Mr. Chabra that manages internet here in nandanvan colony aurangabad timely. But this is second time despite payment my internet service got disrupted because he did not recharge despite paying 2 days before expiry. Either tell how to correctly recharge or once you have payment, recharge it in time.

Further to previous review, frequent occasions where our wifi is connected without internet for hours and sometimes for half a day and as always customer care support is just to collect subscription amount and then zero support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. The internet guy who was responsible for Andheri West area Mr. Ajay does not lift calls or his number is always busy. The internet is down minimum one day in a week . The customer service guys do not provide any Email if yo escalate matters. They just need to value customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst broadband experience I ever had. I had subscribed for 3 month plan which their sales agent(SUNIL YADAV) in Vile Parle told me that you'll get one month extra, so total you'll get 4 months. But he didn't give me at all.
Also, there were always connectivity issues, bad speed (I had 50 MBPS plan and speed wasn't even 10). Very poor experience. Zero stars.
