★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet speed is good but staff service (Dahanukar wadi:Kandivali West) is really pathetic. Not attending single call and no callback. Trying to call since yesterday but no response.
Wanted to do online payment but no assistant so far and they have stopped the internet service without proper intimation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service! All they say is we are looking into the issue. They claimed that the IP Address was changed a month ago as Internet was down for more than a week. This time they say there is a faulty fibre. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

half of time internet is not working. There is always a cyber attack on its server and internet is down for 3-5 days once in every month
I don't recommended to take this internetservice from meet broadband and waste your money and your time trying to call and complain for internet not working

I was waiting for 1 week ..no proper reply ever time new reason(dnt go on cheap priceses...take other service provide (highly recommended)
