★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hathway is easily the worst service provider out there. Never choose Hathway. Explore some more, you'll easily find better. I've been struggling to get proper network since 18 days now, I've written countless mails and also called them on their customer service, but there's ZERO response. Work From Home is an impossible task for Hathway customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was the user of Hathway few years back but due very poor services I disconnected the connection but they did not refund the security deposit till today.
Due to server breakdown of my present service provider and urgency for wi fi I contacted Hathway for reconnection on urgent basis which they agreed and on there promise to provide me connection by evening I deposited an amount of Rs. 3586/- for six months period as per there plan. After that no one is responding to attend the call. With great difficulty I could get in touch with some lady named rani in the morning next-day around 10.0am and she assured me that engineer will come to connect by 12.00 noon and before coming he wil call you as no one came and there was no caal from any one I called again to miss rani but she did not pickup the phone then I send whatsapp message that if you can not provide connection then refund my money to this I got a reply to send on mail for which mail id was provided which I did. There after no boy is lifting my phone and only I got a confirmation of receipt of my mail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving good connection and providing good service is very hard task for Hathaway. Thats what i used to think but no, REFUNDING money of their customers is even harder for them. I have never seen such unprofessional, Poorly working group of donkeys in my entire life. HOW MUCH HARD IT CAN BE FOR YOU GUYS TO RETURN SOMEONE'S MONEY?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Net speed is very very very slow can't even talk to humans for complaints, they have placed voice assistance robots for complaints and humans for new connections. They are growing their business but putting others in loss. Going to consumer court for this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class service when they want to take money they will be coming within one hour and at the time of Installation there staff naming Manish and Anil Parekh they wont answer the call useless people they are just here to make money. Kindly don't take internet services from them.
I would have given a Minus rating if google have that option

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complaint No. 14032022B855658 Dated 14th March 2022 not solved as on today. One gentleman Mr Salim had came and attended the call on yesterday 16th March 2022 around 4.30 pm after 48 hours, and checked-in all connections regarding cable and then went to the terrace of the building and came back and said that the cable is stretched on the terrace so he will come tomorrow and replace the cable i. e. today 17th March 2022 didn't turn up till now.
THIS IS CALL SERVICE OF THE INDIA'S NO. 1 Internet Company.
