She calls customers by saying ha tu bol, tera kya hai...
N for a question as simple as mobile portability, she yold me ye idhar nai hota.. if not in their gallery den where, for which she replied u find it out urself...
Looks lyk the "Happy to help -Jyoti" tag mentioned on her arm, was just for the sake of it..
She wasnt really happy to help...

Owner Mahesh told me one plan yesterday, but today when I visted the VI store they told me that there is no such plan available.. First there was an unnecessary update from VI 99₹ plan is changed to 299₹.. Why would anyone buy that plan with poor network and connectivity issues..VI soon you will be closed down with all your Customer care centres
