★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service.No one prior communication of disconnection. U should understand kids need good sleep, everyone suffering from problems but same time u should understand senior citizens n kids these r priority even we paid on time payment we have to struggle for basic.

Need to climb steps to reach the office.
Should be shifted to some convenient location and as we are digital and computerised complete overhauling is the need of the hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst of Consumer support, no prior notice of electricity being shut down, I could hardly see any work being carried out to get the lines cleared of proper electric supply especially no electricity at nights, The region to the west doesn't face improper supply bt the area around TV Tower and Surya Nagar life is worst. No phone calls being answered such is the support. **NO STARS, WORST PUBLIC SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are complete waste, no manners of having a conversation. They have forgotten conversation etiquette & have taken things for granted as there is no other alternatives that we can think about.
Staff has often been rude and talking to them is really gonna boil your blood as you don't get your answer right.
No cleanliness, dirt & waste everywhere.
They are there because we as customer are using their services. The concept of customer service is Pathetic and a proper response is definitely required.
Government or Officials should be looking at it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service and management want to give zero star event in the period of crisis as most of the employee are working from home they can't provide uninterrupted power supply the electricity goes off for 5-6 hr during day time in working hours. How many time will the company accept this issue it's burden on employees due to job security now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service,phone always get engaged don't know with whom they are talking 24*7,Never get proper response from staff don't know what they are thinking about their self it's like they think they are providing electricity for free to their customers.
I can't give rating less that one that's why this one star which they don't deserve.
