★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "the dialed number doesn't exist. Please check the number you have dailed" is the salary given to the workers over there to play this tone.there are only 2 numbers available to contact the MSEB, and both numbers don't exist. At least keep a valid number for raising our concerns. There is a power cut since yesterday morning. Nobody is bothered to look after the issue...whom are we supposed to contact in such a scenario?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service of MSEB in Dombivli vishnu Nagar branch. Not getting proper answer from staff and no revert we are getting from them. I have given written complaint regarding meter not working in January . Still I have not received any revert from them. Father is going daily to mseb office but still no revert since 6 months. So please can any one tell me to whom we should contact in such cases if we are not getting proper service and revert.

After 10pm customer care service not reachable and in morning if they pick up call they answered that they does know anything about power cut, he/she will contact next superior level and they will call customer. What a joke!!!!!!! Govt. Need to stop Electricity Monopoly business then it will come down OR all Electricity board should be Pvt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I could rate negative. The worst power supplying company ever. They have such long power cuts and give such long bills. Pathetic service no body picks up the call. The board should be discarded. Can't even work from home properly because of such long and frequent power cuts.
