★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give -5 as there is no service and response but the only good thing is MSEB makes sure that 90’s kids never forget about load-shedding they constantly keep the memories alive. Can’t add photo as currently experiencing the 90’s situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. They don't see weather it's day or night they just shut the power anytime. The person's number given on website is just one time use, because for the second time your number will be blocked. The power cut is so frequent that they should pay is for our inconvenience instead of asking us to pay bills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. The 12 to 14 hours of load shading in one week .what happened dont tell and don't do there duty at all.i just started to think that am I living in city or jungle where no electricity connection.problem has to be solved.we can't accept this down standard behavior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plain pathetic with next to little remorse shown to customers plight. Paid INR 968 for a new meter on 23rd Dec 2021 after the persuasion from a member of staff at the office next to Empire Towers. After 9 trips and burning fuel and valuable time until now, there is no sign of a new meter and I was conveniently told today to get a meter from a local vendor.
My question is very simple - Why would you take money in advance when there is no meter available? Why is the payment taken in cash only (back to 1980's) ??? Why do the employees feel they are doing us a favor doing the basics what they are paid a wage for? The language is abrasive, rude with a total lack of customer service. The frustration is real considering most of us today are working from home.
I do not look forward to a resolution to this because the ratings speaks for itself but I would be open to a surprise in 2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service. You wont get any proper justification for your queries. Many times Engineer is not available. I have seen many people waiting in line to get their bills corrected, simple queries also takes months to update. If you ask their staff when the Dy. Engineer will be available, they dont know, When query will be resolved - No answer. When meter will be replaced - as per availability (which never comes).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst electicity service. Yesterday we received messeges that there will be no electricity from 8am to 4pm in badlapur. It's 6pm now but still there is no electrity. We are still working from home & almost on every month end,weekend when we have huge work load there is full day power cut down which is affecting on job.
This is the story of every employee of badlapur who is working from home. Please look into the matter. Try to develop electricity service in our area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service no power whole day and night. Full bill will come as passage lights are there but very low voltage which will run the meter but not the lights or fan of the house. More over no intimation, no place to call. They want to cut meter if one month bill not paid why the advance is already there. Pathetic service. One rating is given to service which atleast work. This is not working. So rating is -10. Can we post all comments on Twitter
