★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a wonderful experience interacting with MSEB .they don't pick up the calls .there are no rains or winds but the electricity supply is disrupted .strange but fact we being living at suburbs don't have options of Tata or Adani.
Many of the employees of MSEB also stay at the same vicinity .they may have lost their dignity and respect evennin front of their kids and elders as they work in this MSEB but can't deluver to what they are paid for .sorry but it's very shameful act.if little bit of dignity is still alive work hard for what you are paid for

Customer No.is 021128317721 .Our monthly electricity usage is approximately 60 to 70 units per month .But since our meter readings are not taken from you every month, the bills are approximate in size. They are sending the bill at the rate of 200 readings. If we call customer care, it is said that your meter is faulty that the meter wheel is not a problem, your complaint has been taken .But no action is seen on it till next month. However, our problem should be rectified as soon as possible and we should be charged regular electricity bill.
