★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They exchanged my old damaged Idea sim card with a new Vi sim card. Ms. Jhumki did a fabulous job in solving the problem. They are prompt in offering the service. The store also looks very clean and spacious with lot of help desks. To me it looked like a highly trustable Vi store offering genuine services.
