★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly unprofessional approach, that too for the customers who are porting out because of technical reasons like network issue.
They have no courtesy to understand customer's concerns. Very rude people who lie to the customers when contacted on the given contact number that, this number does not belong to Sai Enterprises.
Also gives excuses that the call could have been picked up by friend, he must be doing something on phone etc. Such an irresponsible behaviour while representing a multinational company like Vodafone!
Incidents like this, are resulting in serious damage to Vodafone's reputation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If they do not know about an issue, they should not provide false information. Went to their shop to ask about my network problem. Misguided me by telling some tower work is going on. Later I went to the main office and they told me no such work is in progress. My Sim was replaced and within an hour my network was working. Very unreliable people. If you dont know about what issue it must be there is no harm in saying that you dont know about it and that I should go to the main office. Such a pathetic experience with these people.
