This is my 4 visit and I am satisfied with the relationship I have created. If you are visiting the place please keep in mind that you should have plenty of time as the ratio of number of desk agents to customer visit are very high.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst Vi store I have ever visited and u will never get a solution from the team , they have an employee named Danish who speaks in a very disgraceful manner with the customers, often uses abusive language and doesn't even care of reputation of such an organisation. If people like Danish continues to serve as representative of Vi then I don't think so Vi will sustain for long in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERY POOR SERVICE PARTUCULAR THIS STORE. I HAVE CHANGE MY PHONE TARRIF AFTER VISIT 3 OR MORE VISIT THEY CAN NOT ACTIVATE SERVICE IN MY PHONE. AFTER ONE WEEK I AM CHOOSING OTHER NETWORK SERVICE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Poor Service and Lack of knowledge staff. My mobile was lost that is why i arranged new sim from this centre. They assured me to operate it within 4 hours but it could not started in next day also. The staff do not know the which form have to fill. They exchanged the form three times and asked to sign again and again. Very poor service.

The way of treating the costumer is very much pleasant since you enter the store till you leave it.
Ample space, good no. Of employees.

i can write this comment so many time i can wtite over there, just to get my sim replaced i am followup with them from last three days all the photo id's have been submitted and still they reject my application.
i am not a free guy like them to visit them daily just to get my no. replaced,
I am posted here on your wall the day i will get my no. i will definately pott it to some other service provider
