I`d like to compliment one of your employees, Vodafone Mini Store (Kiaan Enterprises) for the excellent service he provided me last week. There Executive Prashant and Yasir helped me and reach my home at night to sort out my SIM Issue after I discovered that there had been several types of solution made from it a few weeks ago.
I have always been pleased with the service I receive at my office home. However, Vodafone Mini Store Ganga Vihar professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations.
Within a few days back, he was able to verify the wrong 3G charges to my Vodafone number and start the process of having wavier of my Vodafone number.
I am really pleased with the knowledge and skills of your staff. Great service makes your customers feel that you care about developing a long-term relationship.
