I was waiting in the store since 10 am in the morning and waited till 11.30 am for the service ....
Pathetic....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. They ask for more money and give random excuses and tell us that the extra money will be returned by them in form of cheque. Totally nonsense. Lazy employees, giving wrong information and contact number. Going to port to airtel as they are much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the store with a query and it was satisfactorily answered. However, there was another customer who was upset and argued with the staff. In regard to my query, the executive gave correct information.
After a few days, I faced an unexpected problem regarding an activation of international roaming, inspite of following the steps that I was told by the customer service. I called the executive at VI store as he asked me to do so in case of a problem. However, he wasn't helpful at all and stopped taking my calls. So, I would say, VI customer care does not guarantee help and solution to the problem that you might be facing. They don't really care about their customers.
